Evaluations - $250-450

Evaluations last 60-90 minutes and will address the areas of concern. Clients receive a comprehensive evaluation which includes an interview, case history, dynamic test measures based on area of concern (I.e., standardized tests, language samples, criterion-referenced norms, intelligibility ratings, checklists, observations, etc.), complete analysis of results, and a detailed written report. A plan of care will be developed should therapy be recommended.

Consultations - FREE

A free 15 minute consultation is offered to anyone interested in learning more about services. Consultations are provided via phone or virtually. 

 

Consultations to assist with reviewing medical or educational files in preparation for health care meetings or Planning and Placement Team (PPT) meetings are also available for a charge of $125/hour.
